Refund Policy

1. Reservation Fee
When you book a trip with Long Distance Taxi, a reservation fee of $35 is required. This fee secures your booking and covers administrative costs. Please note that this reservation fee is non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Full Payment and Cancellations
If you choose to pay the full price of your trip before the scheduled date, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellation Before Trip: If you cancel your booking after making the full payment but before the trip begins, the reservation fee of $35 will be subtracted from the refund amount.
Example: If your total trip cost is $100 and you cancel, you will be refunded $65 ($100 total cost - $35 reservation fee).

3. No-Show Policy
In the event that you do not show up for your scheduled trip and have not canceled in advance, the full payment, including the $35 reservation fee, is non-refundable.

4. How to Cancel
To cancel your booking, please contact us at least 24 hours before your scheduled trip.

5. Processing Refunds
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of cancellation. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of booking.

By making a reservation with Long Distance Taxi, you agree to the terms of this Refund Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from making a reservation.
